Office & Commercial Fitouts
We can space plan and set out on site or full CAD drawings for your new office space. Also, we size all the walls for building regulations and fit stud walls, glass partitions, blinds, doors, kitchens including mechanical and electrical, vynal floors, carpet tiles etc
Suspended Ceilings
We supply and fit suspended ceilings nationally, from small toilet areas to large commercial buildings. Suspended ceilings give a clean and new look to many areas for example hospitals, shops, mezzanine floors etc
As an alternative, MF Ceilings can be fitted. They are a fully concealed grid and ceiling lining is taped, jointed and then painted to give a seamless finish.

Builders Steel Structural Works Propping & Needles
We manufacture steel for builders and customers as per your calculations/plans from our factory in Timperley. We offer free quotations and offer site visits with just a days’ notice required.
Also, we are able to offer Turnkey Installations. We can fabricate and drill steel to suit your needs/requirements.
We have the facilities to draw Auto CAD prior to manufacture on complicated steel works using the latest software. Coatings can be in galvanised or shot blast, prime and topcoat.
Lorian also offer the facility to undertake MIG or ARC Welding.
Delivery is also offered. Contact us with your calculations for a free quotation, we will work within your budget.

Planning
We undertake full surveys and draw your plans on the latest Auto Cad software. The drawings can be submitted straight to the authorities or direct to you. The drawings can be discussed with the planner and alterations can also be made if applicable.
Once planning has been approved, we can undertake building regulations and supply structural calculations. We can also carry out the works for you.

Mezzanine Floors
We design and fabricate in our small to medium factory in Timperley. We undertake these floors for several clients ranging from battery supplies to F1 Car Service Dealers.

Fire Rating can come in many ways. We have undertaken Envirograph Courses therefore registered.
