We undertake refurbishments to fit commercial units back to their original pre-lease state.  Work involved would be to strip all fittings, fully wash the internals and spray the entire unit.  Also, roof repairs, full interior re-fresh in line with the schedule of dilaperdations. 
Electric, gas, water etc handover certificates are also included.

This type of work saves the client recieving high charges from landlords when handing over.
