Lorian Contracting is an independent family run business with over 30 years’ experience.
Based in Sale, Cheshire but work all over the country.
We offer a professional service using time served tradesman and our work complies with UK building regulations and standards.
Most of our work comes by referral from customers or friends and family. Our work is quoted accurately and there are no hidden costs.
We specialise in commercial as well as domestic building works, office fit outs, fire separation, mezzanine floors, steel works and extensions. Also, we offer packages which include CAD drawings and complete works tailor made to suit your needs.
Lorian work efficiently but also with attention to detail with all work carried out.
Our Managing Director is NEBOSH registered and all our workforce are CSCS qualified.
We also have SMSTS Site Foreman.
